Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Thirdeyevisions, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

- Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
· Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) and reported within 7 days of billing.
· Wrong product delivered (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
· Product found to be defective and verified under warranty guidelines.
2.2 Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
· Product is damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
· Return request is raised without proper unboxing videography proof (as per our Terms & Conditions).
· Product is ordered on a special/custom order basis.
· Customer changes mind after receiving the product.
2.3 Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after product verification.
3. Return Guidelines
- 3.1 Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Unboxing Videography Requirement: Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while receiving the product. This video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund request. Returns without such videography will not be accepted.
- Courier charges for returns (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective product delivery.
