Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. This document forms a legal agreement between you (the customer) and Thirdeyevisions. By using this website (www.thirdeyevisions.in) or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

1. General Terms

1.1 We reserve the right to modify products, prices, offers, and content on www.thirdeyevisions.in without prior notice.
1.2 While we make every effort to maintain accuracy, errors such as typographical mistakes, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors whenever identified.
1.3 Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received.

2. Product & Pricing

2.1 All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2.2 Prices are subject to fluctuation, and no price protection or refunds will be offered in case of price changes after purchase.
2.3 Each product may have minimum and maximum order quantity restrictions. Orders exceeding these limits may be cancelled or modified.
2.4 Product availability is subject to stock levels, and we cannot guarantee continuous availability.

3. Order & Payment

3.1 Orders will only be processed after successful payment realization in favor of Thirdeyevisions.
3.2 Orders placed after 6:00 PM on working days may be processed on the next business day.
3.3 All prices are ex-warehouse Thirdeyevisions. Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery method, location, weight, and dimensions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
4.2 We use reputed courier and transport services, each providing tracking numbers for your convenience.
4.3 Orders shipped via transport companies are on a To Pay basis, with freight charges payable at delivery.
4.4 For any delivery-related issues, please contact the courier/transport provider first before reaching out to us.

5. Warranty, Return & Refunds

5.1 All products carry the respective manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer’s website.
5.2 Warranty claims must be directly raised with the manufacturer or their authorized service provider (contact details available on our homepage).
5.3 Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned within 7 days of the billing date.
5.4 Returns are not accepted after 7 days of billing. Returned products must be unused, properly packed in original packaging, and free from damage or mishandling.
5.5 Mandatory Videography Clause: Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of receiving the product. This videography is mandatory for return or replacement requests. Without this video proof, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5.6 Products ordered on a back-to-back (special/custom) basis are non-returnable.
5.7 Once an order is confirmed and payment completed, refund requests will not be entertained unless specifically approved under exceptional circumstances.

6. Compatibility

6.1 We do not guarantee product compatibility for any specific purpose. Customers must ensure compatibility with their requirements before purchase.

7. Legal & Liability

7.1 All sales are final. Thirdeyevisions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.
7.2 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Churu, Rajasthan, India.
